Percussion Works (PW) is a growing drum and percussion teaching practice located in Bournemouth on the south coast of the UK. To date we have over 200 hundred students who enjoy the benefits of our teaching methods. Teaching is provided to schools in both Hampshire and Dorset and privately at a specially equipped studio.

At PW, we pride ourselves on total commitment to student development. What does this mean for the student? Firstly, each student will be taught using the internationally renowned Drumsense teaching method, which, ensures that he or she receives the benefit of a top quality curriculum. Secondly, it allows the student to develop at his or her own particular learning pace. If a student has a special learning requirement, then the course can be very easily adapted to accommodate any particular need. The teaching faculty at PW has many years experience teaching students with specific learning needs and we are extremely confident that we can help the student achieve their drumming goals.

We are also specialists at teaching snare drum technique with particular attention being paid to the highly respected Moeller System. The Founder of PW is able to provide extensive tutoring in this area and can offer tailor made courses to suit both student availability and budget.
